Our customer came to us with their VW Passat 2.0 2009 in limp mode, engine management light, DPF light and heater coil light on with a fault code of P2002.
After carrying out checks and all ok we spoke to the customer and found the vehicle was used for short trips so advised customer on how to look after his DPF.
We cleaned the DPF, did a reset and road tested. Result was 4mbar on idle and 35mbar @2500rpm down from 450mbar.
