Mercedes have told the customer that they needed a new DPF at a cost of £2000 pound. They had all ready spent £900 fixing other issues.
We came out next day to carry out our DPF assessment as we always do! To find there was still some serious issues with the vehicle.
We carrried out our on vehicle DPF Clean witch reduced the pressure inside the dpf from 191mb to 5mb so like a new DPF.
We then proved an important part had failed and in fact we were able to rectify this without a replacing the part.
