A Citroen in today with a DPF risk of clogging on the dash.
Initially the customer asked for a clean. However we do insist on our fixed rate assessment first.
Which is just as well as the as the DPF was clean, and definatly not blocked.
We found low additive tank level issue, which we refilled and correctly reinitialised the system.
All fixed for less than the price of a clean.
